RESERVATION – CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to confirm a reservation, required deposit, is the amount of the two first nights of the reservation. In case the reservation is for 3 days, required deposit, is the amount of the first night. We will confirm your final reservation with a new email.
- In case of Cancellation of a reservation 21 days before the scheduled date of the arrival, deposit will be refunded (any transfer expenses are paid by the client).
- Between 14 and 20 days before the arrival, then 50% of the prepayment is returned to the client (any transfer expenses are paid by the client).
- For Cancellations up to an including 13 days before the arrival, deposit is non-refundable.
