Covid 19 – Operational Measures (English)

Your health & wellbeing are our top priority! We inform you that our accommodation operates following the instructions of the Greek Government for Health and Safety Protocols and that our staff is vaccinated against covid-19!

Guiding Principles

Intensive cleaning & disinfection of all high touch areas.

Disinfectant hand cleaning fluids, in the common area of ​​the reception.

Keeping social distances in public areas.

Use of personal protective equipment, as well as strict personal hygiene policies for our team members, will be followed.

Non-residents are not allowed in our property.

Check-in | Check-out

With the use of the latest technology, you will be able to check-in online (by request), by receiving an email, 72 hours before your arrival, in this way we achieve the observance of safety distances and non-congestion in the common area of ​​the reception.

In addition, all safety measures are observed, such as the use of protective equipment by employees, glass divider at the reception, and marking of the area with instructions.

The check-in will start at 15:00 p.m. to thoroughly clean and disinfect the rooms. The check out will take place until 11:00 a.m.

Decontamination – Public areas

Frequent disinfection of all surfaces located in common areas with the use of appropriate and approved products certified by the G.O.P.

Rooms

All non-essential items, such as magazines, brochures etc are removed from the rooms. The cleaning staff will follow all the prescribed hygiene rules, using the necessary protection. Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days. The way of cleaning the room will be carried out with the G.O.P certified disinfectants with special emphasis on the disinfection of high touch areas such as knobs, switches, air conditioning controls and TV. Mattresses, pillows and curtains will be disinfected with a steam system and in addition.
